Hypnobirthing

Contact me for more information on hypnobirthing and how I can help you have a smoother birth.

I offer individually tailored Natal Hypnotherapy sessions for you and your birth partner(s). We work with your existing knowledge, your birth plans and desires. The course takes place over 2 days, and will equip you with confidence and practical skills to take forward to your labour. You will learn a range of self hypnosis and relaxation techniques, as well as gaining a deeper understanding of how labour and birth ‘work’ and how to work with your body and mind to have a smoother birth. The individually tailored to you course costs £300 for both days (10 hours of teaching) for you and your birth partner(s), and includes a personalised hypnosis track for you to use afterwards. 

Sessions run in my beautiful home studio in Woolston, Southampton.
